Textile of Northern Region:                                                                     

  • Jammu and Kashmir: Various Shawls (Jamawar, Pashmina, Amilkar, Kanikar), Namdas, Gabba
  • Himachal Pradesh: Kullu shawls, Kinnauri shawls
  • Uttar Pradesh: Brocade (Kinkhab, Tanchoi, Abrawan, Gyasar)

Textile of Eastern Region:                                                                                        

  • Assam: Muga silk, Pattu and Eri silk
  • Manipur: Meitei Inaphi
  • Nagaland: Naga shawls
  • Orissa: Ikkat silk, Kora-pat sarees, Sambalpuri silk
  • Sikkim: Carpet weaving, Blanket weaving, Lepcha Weaving
  • Mizoram: Puan weaving
  • Bihar: Bhagalpur silk, Sujini
  • West Bengal: Jamdani sarees and its types (Daccai, Tangil, Dhaniakhali, Shantipuri, Baluchari silk etc)

  • Tamil Nadu: Kanjiveram saree
  • Kerala: Balaramapuram Sarees

Textile of Western Region                                                                                        

  • Rajasthan: Kota Doria, Dari, Shawl and Carpet, Lehriya and mothda, Batik, Prints-Sanganer, Bagru, Daabu, Pichawai, Pabuji ki phad, Dhurries, Namda
  • Gujarat: Kinkhab` brocade, Mata- ni- pachedi, Rogan, Bandhani, Ajarakh printing, Mashru, Patola, Gharchola saree.
  • Madhya Pradesh: Chanderi sarees, Maheshwari sarees, Bagh prints
  • Maharashtra: Paithani saress, Mangalkari, Amru & himru
