Content

1. Stiffening of cotton using various resins

2. Softening of cotton & silk using various softening agents

          3. Application of cross linking resins for soil resistance, water repellency, and flame retardency.

          4. Application of functional finishes on cotton using

a) crease recovery finish

b) flame retardant finish

c) water repellant finish

          5. Determination and removal of water hardness

          6. Determine the PH of water.
