The training is to be taken up after the break of second semester break, for gaining substantial hands on experience in the area like apparel/fashion merchandising and designing in the industry. They are given the freedom to choose the field of their choice.</li> <li>They are also required to obtain a certification from the respective organization providing their involvement and contribution.</li> <li>They have to take joining letter for internship from placement cell. The student should e-mail her joining letter to the supervisor (from both the organization- University and Industry) as soon as she starts her internship.</li> <li>Each student going for internship will be assigned a supervisor amongst the faculty members of the Department. The supervisor will be in touch with the external mentor of the student throughout the period of the internship.</li> <li>Students are required to make a learning diary wherein they have to mention task/work of each day during internship.</li> <li>The students shall prepare a report on the visit made to the organization.
