Objective: 

To acquaint students with Computer Aided Designing

To impart the skills of fashion designing through Corel Draw & Photoshop

 

Unit I: 
Course Content:
  • Introduction to basic tools of Coral draw: Drawing 10 ½ females croqui with grids and guide lines, stylization of female croqui, drawing basic silhouette, importing, saving and exporting images                                                  20 hrs

 

  • Photoshop: Creating different type of effects with respect to various prints and feel of the fabric, photo repair and enhancement, image sourcing, realistic composites, replacing a background.                                                  20 hrs

 

  • Discuss & developing series of flat sketches                                      10hrs

 

  • Designing mini collections for female on theme approved by faculty. 40 hrs
