To enable students to develop skill in constructing garments 

Unit I: 
Course Content:

Pprepare paper drafts by making adaptations in basic blocks and constructing the following

  • Skirt                                                                                                18 hrs
  • Top                                                                                                  18 hrs
  • A Line dress/One piece dress                                                         18 hrs
  • Bu Shirt                                                                                           18 hrs
  • Shorts                                                                                              18 hrs

Develop four patterns according to theme (casual, cocktail, night wear, party wear) for each of the above mentioned styles and construct one garment of each style.
