Objective: 

This course will enable the students to -

1. Acquaint the students with the techniques and skills of pattern drafting.

2. Enable to obtain harmony between the design & drafting of the garment.

3. Acquire knowledge and understanding of sewing.

The students will be able to –

 

CO 19. Develop basic child blocks from measurement charts.

CO 20.  Experiment with different kinds of  patterns for adaptations.

CO 21. Create samples using basic blocks.

CO 22. Construct various samples of garment components .
