Notice regarding collection of funds

 NOTICE

 

To ensure smooth audits and proper maintenance of University accounts, all staff members are advised to follow these guidelines regarding collection of funds from the students.

  • As much as possible, cash collections from students should be avoided. If necessary, it must be got collected through the University Office, Accounts Assistant (Main Reception)
  • For any ticket sales, the ticket booklet must be prepared in advance in consultation with the Accounts Section.
