Report on College Visit to Govt. Women Polytechnic College, Gandhinagar, Jaipur

A visit was organised by the Department of Fashion and Textiles to Govt. Women Polytechnic College, Gandhinagar, Jaipur on 24th February 2018 for the students of B.Sc. Fashion Design (Semester-II) and M.A/M.Sc/M.Com Fashion Design (Semester II).

There were thirty seven students, along with Ms. Akshita Agrawal, Assistant Professor and Lab Assistant Mr. Tulsiram Koli. The Polytechnic College had organized Students Art Exhibition in which they have showcased the articles prepared by their students over the academic session, such as working models, garments, home furnishings, macramé articles, paintings, window blind, accessories, illustrations etc.   

It was a beneficial visit for the students as they got an opportunity to interacted with the students of other university and got exposure to the work done by them which gave them inspiration and confidence for a creative aspect of work.
