Report on Pattern Making & Construction Workshop

The Department of Fashion & Textiles had organised workshop on 9th February 2019 in Clothing Lab. In this workshop, Mr. Rajesh Verma, Assistant Professor in Jaipur National University had explained the basic concept of pattern making and construction for trousers. He has 16 years of experience in this sector and had worked with well known institute like Pearl Academy and Mody University.

The main objective behind this workshop was to provide the exposure to students about the technical aspect of making different components and their placement in the trouser. Draft has been prepared by the students under his supervision and then cutting and stitching has been done.
