Objective: 

·   To study the use of various dyes and auxiliaries

·   To understand the concept of dyeing & printing of various substrates

·   To familiarize with the finishes processing

·   To understand the relationship to the textile testing with fiber, yarn and fabric.

·         Developments in transfer printing of natural as well as synthetic dyes, Digital printing    – Inkjet printing and Xerography, Concept of continuous processing.

·         Thickening agents – natural, modified and synthetic
