CONTENT

I: Introduction to Grooming and Modelling                                 (14 Hours)                                  

  • Get an overview of the modeling industry, including its various types like catalogue, runway, commercial, etc.
  • Learn basic poses and movements for modeling to develop necessary skills.
  • Develop a professional grooming routine and etiquette to maintain a presentable appearance.
  • Understand the importance of posture and body language in modeling to communicate effectively with the audience and clients.

II: Runway Techniques and Presentation                                 (18 Hours)               

  • Walking techniques and postures for the runway
  • Basic walk
  • Runway walk
  • Strut walk
  • Power walk
  • Stomp Walk.
  • Personal presentation and grooming on the runway
  • Developing runway modeling skills for different types of runway shows (fashion, bridal, etc)

III: Photo shoot Techniques and Grooming                            (16 Hours)  

  • Posing and facial expressions for photo shoots
  • Developing hair and makeup skills for different photo shoot styles.
  • Posing techniques and body language for catalogue modelling

IV: Building a Modelling Portfolio and Career Development   (12 Hours)                       

  • Understanding the components of a modelling portfolio
