FDAI 2013

Etv Rajasthan, in collaboration with The IIS University, Jaipur organized FDAI 2013 (Fashion Design Award India) on 21st September 2013 at hotel Clark’s Amer, Jaipur in which students of all design institutes from all over India participated. They were given themes like Aura of Vintage, Beauty of Life and Futuristic Contour. Around 36 students were shortlisted from allover India and they showcased vivid variety of creativity in their dresses. The judges for the show were invited from the fashion fraternity, designers were, Mr. Shravan Ramaswami,

 Mr. James Ferara, and  Mr. Shai Lobo was the Fashion Choreographer. Kirti Singh of B.Sc. Fashion Technology of The IIS University, her creation was awarded as Dress of the Show “Champion of Champions”. There was also Jewellery Design Competition in which Ms. Lakshita Goel from the Jewellery Department won the First prize and Ms. Shruti Garg won the Second prize. Students Creations were adorned by the Miss India and Miss India Earth,

Ms. Manasvi Mamgai and Ms. Shreya Kishore and other Miss India Contestants and boosted the moral of the students. Students of Department of Fashion & Textile Technology from The IIS University, Jaipur participated actively in the green room with the designers and models and it was a great learning experience to them.
