Objective: 

1.  To give students in depths look into the fashion industry through styling projects.

 

Unit I: 
Course Content:

·         Analysis & collection of fashion editorial to identify the latest fashion garments, accessories their trends, styles, silhouettes, color prints and other technical information.

  • Recognizing style, silhouette, color, prints suitable for the examined body shapes.      12 hrs              

        

  • Preparation of inspiration board, mood board, story board, color & swatch board for fashion styling according to client’s needs and preferences.                                               12 hrs
  • Application of combination of garments/ garment parts / accessories/ makeup to create a look and concepts for a fashion photo shoot.                                                                 10 hrs

 

  • Designing a fashion promotional campaign in terms of advertising, publicity and visual

     Merchandising for apparels                                                                                              08 hrs

 

Fashion styling of four outfits (garments, accessories and make-up) and its documentation for the portfolio
