The Department of Fashion & Textiles had organised a visit to Savi Exports on 11th March 2019 for the students of M.A/ M.Com/ M.Sc. Fashion Design II Semester. The main objective behind this visit was to provide the exposure to students about the garment manufacturing process from point of origin to point of consumption. Different departments like fabric, cutting, stitching, merchandising, washing and finishing have been explored by the students. Practical aspect of different processes has been discussed with the students, through which they can relate theoretical concept of all the processes involved in the manufacturing process. This export house handles order for different buyers like AJIO.com and Amazon.
