Activity Name: Screening of Annual Fashion Show-CREATIONS-23 and Certificate distribution ceremony.

Activity Objective: To screen the annual fashion show, CREATIONS-23 for the designer participants and felicitate them.
The Department of Fashion and Textiles organized the Annual Fashion Show Creations-23 Screening and Certificate Distribution in the Vinayak Hall. During the event, the students were shown highlights and glimpses of the Creations-23 Annual Fashion Show. The event also included a certificate-giving ceremony for all the participants of the fashion show. The Urban Luxe Award was given to the Azure Hues collection, and its designers were Harshita Saini, Pooja Jangid, and Preeti Sharma. The Ingenious Collection Award was given to a solo designer for the Retro Revival Collection, and Masha Afreen won the award. The Beatnik Brilliance Collection won the Special Jury Award, and its designers were Ambika Verma, Anushka Rathore, Avantika Rathore, Bhavika Jain, Diya Sharma, Roshni Jain, and Shruti Soni.
The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Rajeev Dewan, the director of Ma’am Arts, a government-recognized star export house in Jaipur. Mr. Rajeev has a presence as Mam Arts in both overseas and domestic markets and caters to leading domestic brands like Pantaloons, Westside, and Big Bazaar. Mr. Rajeev is also a founding member of the Association of Government Exporters of Sitapura.
Another guests, Mr. Naveen Adani, explained the broader vision of the textile sector and various job opportunities available globally. Mr. Hazaria Ram informed the students about a web portal named dreamkartonline.com, where every designer, patternmaker, CAD designer, etc., can register themselves and get jobs. Mr. Aseem Singla, Director, Fashion Images Overseas motivated the students with various career options in the field of Fashion and Textiles.
At the end of the program, the participants were provided with refreshments. The event left the students motivated and informed about the various opportunities available in the Fashion and Textiles industry, which was informed by the guests.
Activity outcome: Firstly, it provided the students with recognition and validation for their hard work and talent, which was a great motivator for them to continue pursuing their passion for fashion. It also encouraged them to further explore career options in the fashion and textile industry, knowing that there are job opportunities available.
Secondly, it allowed the students to gain exposure and visibility within the industry. This potentially lead to networking opportunities and connections with professionals in the field, which might help them in their future career endeavors.
